Why do we human beings look at our own image regularly in a mirror? The answer could be one of these questions :
a) How do I look?
b) Why do I look like this ?
We human beings generally obsessed with ourselves."Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder".Every human being is beautiful in his own eyes.Capturing the moments when we look beautiful is one of the possible reasons we turn to photography. Again human beings have an innate tendency to have anything that is beautiful permanently with themselves. For example say we go to a beautiful place."If only I could stay for ever in this place" would be the
possible feeling in one's mind.Similiarly say a couple of old friends meet. I am sure they would love to store the moment close to their hearts.A photograph makes it possible. Is'nt it. So here are the tips which i feel are essential for a good photo

1)What not to do while doing photography :
It may sound foolish to you but it is the part which is to be taken care of by every one of us,
A) Don’t shoot against light.
B) Always white balance your camera while clicking a photograph.
This term white balance is a little bit technical but still i would like to explain it.
Since the day when color cinema was introduced we know there are only two sources of light one is our day/sun light and the other one is fire/or our bulb which we technically say as tungsten light.
Technically we know these are the two source of light which we have to be with always. But today we see there are a verity of lights all over some are yellow in color some are said to be white and some are orange or red in color, that’s the reason why we have to white balance our camera.
Again I would like to thanks the technology that we don’t need to do this in our amateur cameras where we have everything done in the PRESET mode just we have to see that what colors are coming in the LCD and select that source of light that’s it/ or else we can shoot everything in the AUTO function mode of these cameras.
Another word preset means the feeded in sources of light and their color temperature which makes your work easier.

C) Try to shoot in at least 100 ISO prefer to do that for lower grains/electronic noise (ISO stands for international standerd organisation, the numerical value of sensitivity of the medium in which we are capturing the image.
D) Don’t shoot in low light.
E) Always avoid direct sunlight since it gives a lense flair in the frame which distracts the exposure level in these ameture cameras.
F) Always use a UV filter in the front part of your lens.

2)Looking through the view finder.
The view finder is the part of the camera through which we see the photograph, in todays digital medium it may be a LCD screen or an electronic color monitor at a size of 2 cm fitted in the uper most part of the camera.
The photograph which we are going to click is seen through this eye or frame or view finder of the camera from where we can say that this would look great or appropriate as whatever is the subject.
The framing sense is something which looks good and pleasant to our eyes. As a student of cinema we have been tought a lot about moods and framing or angle of view of the frame.
But still I as a human being just prefer to say when I am clicking a photo it may not make a sense or significance to anyone but should look pleasant to our eyes. Without any regrets to any of our teachers of world cinema.
